Account Manager

  • Tactical support of key, high-profile channel partner relationships & direct sales
  • Management of new & existing opportunities in pipeline
  • Development of proposals and statements of work in response to new opportunities from channel partners and other sources, in conjunction with the internal proposal group
  • Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentation in conjunction with partner resources
  • Liaise between partner, customer, account / project management, and technical team to ensure consistent communications and quality solutions
  • Ensure absolute quality standards of technical & business solutions
  • Develop and present well-position business cases that align with customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure satisfaction of both channel partner (near-line customer) and service recipient (end-customer)
  • Support direct management in other business development initiatives, as required
  • Advocate company services and solutions in the marketplace
