About Insights

The Insights Discovery system is a tool with which an individual  can explore their personality and communication preferences. Using Carl Jung’s theories of personality, the Insights Learning & Development Ltd. team has developed a model with high validity and reliability.  Developed specifically for the business world, Insights Discovery is truly a next-generation profiling system.

Using the Insights Discovery system, an individual is able to gain a better understanding of him or herself, as well as others and their perspectives.  By improving communication and valuing differences in others, team and organizational effectiveness are increased.

The Insights Discovery system uses a color system to classify individuals based on overall personality characteristics. The four colors, blue, green, yellow, and red, combine with each other to create a myriad of grouped personality types. 

Career Searching

While increasing team and organizational effectiveness are important, it is our belief that the Insights Discovery system can also be used for career searching.  After all, while it is valuable to improve an organization’s performance, it is equally important to find the right organization in which to work. Using the color system’s strengths and weaknesses, we are able to provide suggestions for career paths that will maximize the positive impacts of an individual’s strengths, minimize the negative impact of their weaknesses, and provide strong opportunity for job satisfaction.
